Commision Info

General Rules

  • Asset: I can't draw, so the assets that will be in the MV and Thumbnails must be provided by the client, I don't draw so don't ask again if I can prepare the drawings. Different from assets, for assets I sometimes make my own or will use stock assets on the internet.
  • Payment via Paypal / BNI / GO-PAY only.: I will send you an invoice and start working on the commission after I receive the payment. Prefer full payment, you can also pay 50% upfront. You can discuss the payment plan with me.
  • Update: You may contact me about the progress of your commission at any time, and I'll get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Privacy: I do my work streaming on the internet. Tell me in advance if your commission is private/confidential, I will not stream or upload to the public.
  • turnaround time: I usually complete projects in around 1 - 30 days, let me know when your deadline is.
  • revision: The number of revisions I can do varies, please check the details in my commission description. Additional Revisions will be charged which will be discussed during the chat discussion.
  • Delivery: for delivery i will send the file through google drive.

Terms & Conditions

Before you proceed with any project, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service:
  1. Pricing and Complexity: The price of our services may vary based on the complexity and special requests made by the client.
  2. Use Project : By engaging our services, you grant us the right to use the results of the project for the purpose of samples or portfolio. However, we will not disclose any confidential or sensitive information related to your project without your explicit permission.
  3. Rush : if the project is rushed, we will charge 2x the commission price
  4. Revisions : We provide 2 free revisions, if the revision is small there is no charge.
  5. No Refunds After Payment : If the project has been completed and sent, there will be no refund. If you make a return before the project is completed, the funds will be deducted according to the completed price.
  6. Credit : The client agrees to include credit in the name of "Antoni Kreatif", can provide link X if needed.
  7. TAX : Any applicable taxes or fees related to the payment for our services will be the sole responsibility of the client.
